daughter of Kristopher John Welker and Angela Dawn
Holten, was born and died on Saturday, June 1, 2002
at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.
A
funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 5, at 2
p.m. at Green Funeral Home in Thief River Falls
with Rev. Dennis Raymond officiating. Burial was in
Babyland at Greenwood Cemetery in Thief River
Falls.
In
addition to her parents, McKayla is survived by her
grandparents, Vickie Welker of East Grand Forks, Al
and Laurie Welker of Bismarck, N.D., and Deborah
Holten of East Grand Forks; great grandparents,
Deloris Holten of Thief River Falls, Stan and Gerry
Machipiness of Grand Forks, N.D., and Ivan Welker
of Salt Lake City, Utah; several aunts and uncles;
and many other relatives.
Preceding
her in death were a brother, Kristopher, and
great-grandparents, Albin Holten, Izalda Welker,
Grandpa and Grandma Christianson, David Olson, and
