Marlys J. Voldness, 68 Minneapolis - Marlys J. Voldness, 68, died on March 16, 2004. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 19 at Central Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. Interment was held at Fort Snelling. Marlys was born June 28, 1935 in Highlanding township of Pennington County. She was active in Norwegian/American activities. Survivors include her husband, Norman; daughter, Ronell (Carl III) Johnson; two grandchildren; two great-grandsons; brothers, Ronald (Sandra) Melhouse and Jerome Melhouse; and a sister, Joyce (Herbert) Swenson.
