Vicki Turner, 46 East Grand Forks - Vicki Turner, 46, of East Grand Forks and formerly of Thief River Falls, died on Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at her home. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 20, at the Stennes Funeral Home Chapel in East Grand Forks. Vicki was born September 26, 1958, in Thief River Falls, the daughter of Clarence and June (Pederson) Jorde. She grew up in Thief River Falls and graduated from Thief River Falls in 1977. She married Charles Turner in Thief River Falls on December 15, 1992. She moved to East Grand Forks in 2003 where she worked for the East Grand Forks Library. Vicki is survived by two sons, Charles and Bernie, both of East Grand Forks; and one sister Sandra Kvien of Grand Forks, N.D. She was preceded in death by her parents. A00003B2004JL21
