Angela
Sheppard, 21
Fairbanks,
Alaska - Angela Sheppard, 21, died Saturday,
July 21, 2001 as a result of injuries sustained in
an automobile accident.
Memorial
services were held 
Thursday,
July 26, at Door of Hope Church in Fair-banks.
Interment was in Northern Lights Memorial Park in
Fairbanks with Fairbanks Funeral Home in charge of
the arrangements.
Angela
Rae Berggren was born on June 1, 1980 in Grand
Forks, N.D., the daughter of Rance and Debbie
Berggren. When Angie was three years old, she and
her family moved to Fairbanks, Alaska. She
graduated from North Pole High School in 1999 and
attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks,
pursuing a degree in nursing.
On
June 10, 2000, she was united in marriage to Shane
Sheppard.
Survivors
include her husband, Shane of Fairbanks; a son,
Brandon of Fairbanks; her parents, Rance and Deb
Berggren of North Pole, Alaska; a brother, Mitch; a
sister, Kari (Mike) Chapman; a niece; her
grandparents, Gordon and Dorothy Johnson and Ed and
Della Berggren; a great-grandfather, Alfred P.
Johnson; in-laws, Martin D'Hondt and Brenda
McMellon; a sister-in-law; three brothers-in-law;
and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
