Gunder Senum, 101

Estacada, Ore. - Gunder Senum, 101, formerly of Thief River Falls, died Tuesday, March 19, 2002 in Portland, Ore.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.on Thursday, March 28, at Green Funeral Home in Thief River Falls with Rev. Terry Olson officiating. Burial will be held in Bethlehem Lutheran Cemeter in Agder Township of Marshall County.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to services.

Gunder Senum was born on August 4, 1900 in Fosston. He farmed his entire life. On October 11, 1922, he was united in marriage to Hatti Klockman. Hattie died in 1960.

Gunder is survived by four daughters, Dorothy (Dinsworth) Wehus of Canby, Ore., Violet (Leonard) Bonk of Estacada, Ore., Alsace Potter of Gladstone, Ore., and Mae Senum of Milwaukie, Ore.; a son, Gunder Senum of Chandler, Ariz., 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and two sons, Ed and Willie. A00003B2002MR27
