Newfolden, died on October 28, 2002 in Bellingham,
Wash.
Betty
Lou Lorentson was born on May 22, 1924, the
daughter of Sam and Hannah Lorentson. She grew up
and attended school in Holt and graduated from
Newfolden High School in 1942. She later moved to
Washington, where she worked as a registered nurse.
She married Buzz Rogers.
Survivors
include a son, David; a daughter, Katherine of
Bellingham, Wash.; and two brothers, Howard and
Dale, both in Oregon.
