Cloette G. "Clo" Rice, 80 Thief River Falls - Cloette G. "Clo" Rice, 80, of Burnsville and formerly of Thief River Falls died on Wednesday, November 19, 2003. A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6, at Ebenezer Ridges Nursing Home Chapel in Burnsville. Survivors include two nephews.
