Mary Pagnac, 79

Argyle - Mary Pagnac, 79, died Saturday, February 23, 2002 at her home in Argyle.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. today (Wednesday, Mary Pagnac obit February 27) at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Argyle. Interment will be in St. Rose Cemetery in Argyle.

Visitation was held Tuesday, February 26, after 5 p.m. with a 6:30 p.m. prayer service at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Visitation will also be held for one hour prior to the funeral service. Quanrud-DuBore Funeral Home of Warren is in charge of the arrangements.

Mary Louise Deschene was born on June 3, 1922 in Argyle, the daughter of Alphonse and Anna (Rochfort) Deschene. She attended Robertson School.

On November 18, 1941, Mary was united in marriage to Raymond Pagnac in Argyle where they made their home. Raymond died on June 8, 1991.

Mary was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Argyle, National Catholic Order of Foresters, St. Anne's Society, Catholic Daughters, and Argyle American Legion Auxiliary.

She enjoyed playing cards.

Mary is survived by three daughters, Theresa (Emil) Vanyo of Thief River Falls, Elaine (Ron Morrison) West of Argyle, and Doris (Stephen) Butler of Fort Morgan, Colo.; a son, Dale (Darlene) Pagnac of Argyle; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Leah Pagnac of Argyle, Clarice Amberson of Crookston, and Louella Carrigan of White Bear Lake; three brothers, Omer (Helen) Deschene of Stephen, Charles (Mary) Deschene of Mankato, and Harvey (Rita) Deschene of Argyle; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sons, Leonard and Raymond; two sisters, Pauline and Josephine; and five brothers, Ernest, Leo, Clarence, Edward, and Ole. A00003B2002FB27
