Oshkosh,
Wisc. - Petra S. Nigl, 86, formerly of
Goodridge, died Friday, March 2, 2001, at Bethel
Home in Oshkosh, Wisc.
Funeral
services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March
6, at St. Vincent's Catholic Church in Oshkosh.
Interment was in Calvary Cemetery with Fiss &
Bills of Poklasny in charge of the
arrangements.
Petra
S. Larson was born on May 4, 1914 at Goodridge, the
daughter of Torjus and Sophie (Bjornstad) Larson.
She was baptized at and was a member of Telemarken
Lutheran Church at rural Goodridge.
On
December 22, 1943, she married Emil Nigl. He died
on August 18, 1980.
Petra
is survived by seven sisters, Cecelia (Walter)
Ostertag and Laura Radtke, both of Oshkosh,
Ingeborg Johnson of Thief River Falls, Elsie Harter
of Wayzata, Thordyse Langerud of Mora, Bertha
Kenyon of Chanhassen and Gunda Pederson of Grand
Forks, N.D.
She
was preceded in death by her husband; parents; a
sister, Marie Vevea; and a brother, Knute
Larson.
