- Allen Manderud, 51, died on Saturday, January
18, 2003 at McIntosh Manor in McIntosh.
Funeral
services were held on Tuesday, January 21 at the
Johnson- 
Green
Funeral Home in Thief River Falls with Rev. John
Wollenzien officiating. Music was provided by
Vanessa Anderson. Casketbearers were Roy Manderud
and Walter Manderud. Interment was in Greenwood
Cemetery in Thief River Falls.
Allen
Charles Manderud was born on December 29, 1951, the
son of Rudolph and Delores (Campbell) Manderud in
Thief River Falls. He attended school in Thief
River Falls, graduating from Lincoln High School in
1970. Following high school, Allen began working
for Arctic Cat. He also worked for Houston Truss
while living in Houston, Texas for a couple of
years. Allen returned to Thief River Falls and
worked at Arctic Cat until 1997. He has resided at
McIntosh Manor since June 28, 1999. Allen enjoyed
fishing, snowmobiling and partying.
Survivors
include his mother, Delores of Thief River Falls;
two brothers, Roy of Thief River Falls and Walter
of Crookston; and several nieces and
nephews.
Allen
was preceded in death by his father, Rudolph and a
