Wanda J. Lee, 79

Mt. Iron - Wanda J. Lee, 79, died on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2004 at her residence.

At Wanda's request, private family services will be held.

Wanda was born January 6, 1925 in St. Hilaire, the daughter of Axel and Blanche (Ambel) Jacobson. Wanda graduated from St. Hilaire High School and on February 20, 1947, married Alvin A. "Mac" Lee. The couple resided in Thief River Falls until they moved to Mt. Iron in 1956. Wanda was a bank teller for several years. She worked on the election board in Mt. Iron and Kinney, was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Mt. Iron and was involved in many circles. Wanda was also the Sunday School treasurer for many years at Messiah Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her children: Larry (Connie Jegloski) Lee of Mt. Iron, Roxanne (Gale) Rinerson of Iron and Todd (Gina) Lee of Mt. Iron; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
