during the summer of 2001 at her home in River
Grove, Ill.
A
memorial holy mass will be held at 2 p.m. on
Thursday, December 26, 2002 at St. Anne's Catholic
Church in Goodridge with Rev. John Kleinwachter
officiating.
Ruth
Agnes Mutnansky Koci was born on October 31, 1920,
the daughter of Matthew Andrew Mutnansky and Agnes
Bertha Karabin Mutnansky in Goodridge Township. She
was baptized and confirmed at St. Anne's Catholic
Church in Goodridge. She graduated from Goodridge
High School.
Following
high school, she moved to the Chicago, Ill. area
and was employed at "Time Magazine." On June 27,
1964, Ruth was united in marriage to Raymond Koci
in Goodridge. The couple made their home in River
Grove, Ill. She enjoyed traveling, needlework,
quilting and homemaking.
Survivors
include her husband, Raymond Koci; two sisters,
Carolyne Larson of Thief River Falls and Elsie
Lubinski of St. Paul; and several nieces and
nephews.
Ruth
was preceded in death by her parents; three
brothers, Vincent, Paul and Jerome; and
half-brother, Thomas Mayernik.
