- Harvey E. Kleinwachter, 48, formerly of
Strandquist, died on Wednesday, April 16, 2003 at
his home in Breckenridge.
Memorial
services were held on Monday, April 21 at Joseph
Vertin & Sons Funeral Home in Breckenridge with
the Rev. Steve Dickinson officiating.
Harvey
Kleinwachter was born on July 16, 1954, the son of
Arthur E. and Olive (Steen) Kleinwachter, in
Greenbush. He grew up and attended school in
Strandquist.
On
November 3, 1973, he married Karen Wenisch in
Springfield. The couple made their home in Redwood
Falls, where Harvey worked at the Farmers Elevator.
He later began driving truck over the road. In
1995, Harvey moved to Breckenridge, where he worked
for Jim Klein Farms. He enjoyed hunting, fishing
and spending time with others. He was a member of
the Sportsman's Club in Redwood Falls.
Survivors
include two sons, Nicholas and Blaine, both of
Redwood Falls; six brothers, Wallace of
Robertsdale, Ala., Laures (Theresa) of Stephen,
Eugene (Julie Dianne) of Thief River Falls, Leland
(Barbara) of Blaine, Clare of Wahpeton, N.D., and
Thomas (Kim) of Mentor; his very special friend,
Jan Donarski of Fargo, N.D.; and many nieces and
nephews.
Harvey
was preceded in death by his parents; and three
sisters, Theresa, Audrey and Shirley.
