- Bradley A. Jevne, 40, died on Wednesday,
October 1, 2003 at North Memorial Hospital in
Minneapolis.
Funeral
services were held on Friday, October 17 at Collins
Funeral Chapel in Middle River with Pastor Curt
Matz officiating. Interment was held at Huntly
Cemetery in Strathcona.
Bradley
Allen Jevne, the son of Arlis (Holmstrom) and the
late Gerald Jevne, was born on December 4, 1962, in
Karlstad. He grew up in the Strathcona community,
and was baptized and confirmed at the First
Lutheran Church in Middle River. He was united in
marriage to Kim Maertins on June 23, 1984, in
Warren. He worked at various jobs around Warren
where they lived. In his spare time, he loved
working on crafts, vehicles and art. Bradley died
on Oct. 1, 2003, at North Memorial Hospital in
Minneapolis, as a result of injuries sustained in
an automobile accident near Strandquist in March at
the age of 40 years, 9 months, and 26 days.
He
is survived by his wife, Kim; his mother, Arlis
Jevne of Strathcona; four brothers, Greg of Roseau,
Jeff of Bismarck, N. D. Brian of Strathcona and
Brent, of Holt; his grandmother, Rose Jevne of
Middle River; one aunt and one uncle; five cousins;
five nieces; and five nephews.
Brad
was preceded in death by his father in 1983;
grandparents: Oliver Jevne, Herman Holmstrom, and
Myrtle Kostrzewski; and an uncle, Dennis Jevne.
