- Zachary Homme, 14-day-old son of Gary and
Nicole Homme, died Thursday, December 27, 2001 at
St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester.
 Funeral
services will be held at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday,
January 2) at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in
Newfolden with Rev. John Jorgenson officiating.
Kelly Leidberg was the organist with vocal music
provided by Amanda Maurstad, Deland Elseth and
Wendy Blazejewski. Casketbearers were Scott Nelson,
Jeremy Nelson, Matthew Nelson and Greg Homme.
Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery with Green
Funeral Home in charge of the
arrangements.
Zachary
Nelson Homme was born on December 13, 2001 in Grand
Forks, the son of Gary and Nicole (Nelson) Homme.
He was baptized in Rochester.
Survivors
include his parents; a sister, Alexis;
grandparents, Vernon and Sheila Nelson of Newfolden
and Orlen and Kathleen Homme of Thief River Falls;
great-grandmother, Senora Elseth of Newfolden; and
several uncles, aunts and cousins.
Zachary
was preceded in death by his great-grandparents,
Lester Elseth, Nels and Bertina Nelson, Amy and
Merle Nelson, and Obert and Anne Homme; and a
