Rebecca Grayson, 54

Andover - Rebecca B. Grayson, 54, of Andover died on Thursday, March 4, 2004, following a long battle with cancer.

Funeral services were held on Monday, March 8, at Zion Lutheran Church in Anoka. Interment was held at Union Cemetery in Elbow Lake.

Rebecca B. Berg was born on July 31, 1949, the daughter of Dr. Arnold and Dolores Berg of Thief River Falls. She was deeply devoted to her family and children. She had a love of music and was a church organist for many years.

Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Allen; children, Sara (Michael) Borchardt of Blaine, Rachel (Darin) Holman of Elk River, John of St. Paul, Elizabeth of New Brighton, Deborah of Andover and Mary (Jacob) Kangas of Minneapolis; five grandchildren; her mother, Dolores of Thief River Falls; brother, Arne (Raelene) Berg of Thief River Falls; sisters, Roselyn Bencivenga of Eagan and Kathy Berg of Eden Prairie ; sister-in-law, Kay Olson of Alexandria; brother-in-law, Daryle Grayson of Phoenix, Ariz.; nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father Dr. Arnold Berg.
