Rev. Hubert DeBoer, 84 Apple Valley - The Rev. Hubert F. DeBoer, 84, died on Monday, September 8, 2003. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 10 at Living Word Lutheran Church in Eagan. Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to services. The Rev. Hubert F. DeBoer served in various parishes in North Dakota, Wisconsin and Minnesota, including the Argyle area. Survivors include his wife, Emerald; daughters, Ann (Mike) Scherf, Lori (Ron) Lee and Sandra (Russ) Eblen; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; a sister, Fran Shull; and several nieces and nephews.
