At the age of 17, Ruby trusted Christ as her savior

Sunday School. For several years Good News Clubs
were hosted in their home as well as many
missionaries and guest speakers.
In 1959
Wallace and Ruby moved from Thief River Falls to
Brainerd, where Wallace managed Land O' Lakes Dairy
and together they owned and managed the Dellwood
Motel. During those years they had a part in
starting the Lakewood Evangelical Free Church of
Baxter and were charter members. In 1972, they
moved to Denver, Colo., in 1980 to Renton, Wash.,
and in 1996 to Stanwood, Wash.
