Chester Bornholdt, 83

Dallas, Texas - Chester W. Bornholdt, 83, died on Sunday, September 15, 2002 in Dallas, Texas.

Graveside services were held on Bornholdt,Chester Thursday, September 19 at Restland Memorial Park in Texas. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 7610 N. Stemmons Freeway, Suite 600, Dallas, Texas 75207-4228.

Chester W. Bornholdt was born on March 24, 1919 in Park River, N.D. He was a decorated Army veteran of World War II European Theater. He was also a member of Local 429 since 1964 and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Quinlan, Texas.

Survivors include brothers, Sam and John; a sister, Blanche Yonke; five daughters, Susan Crouch, Nancy Simmons, Emily Arbuckle, Mari Bornholdt Spears and Tammie Young; three sons, Jon, Michael and David; 15 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Chester was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Sylvia and a granddaughter. A00003B2002SP25
