Stephen Anderson, 10 Cheyenne, Wyo. - Stephen C. Anderson, 10, died on Saturday, April 12, 2003, in Cheyenne, Wyo. Funeral services were held on Thursday, April 17 at Ascension Lutheran Church with the Revs. Duane Ferchen and Vernon Clark officiating. Interment was in Memorial Gardens. Stephen C. Anderson was born on September 30, 1992, the son of Charles Anderson and Kathleen Anderson, in Aurora, Colo. He was a student at Alta Vista Elementary School, where he participated in the PALS Program and was a graduate of the STRIDE Learning Center. Survivors include his parents, Charles Anderson of Newport News, Va., and Kathleen Anderson of Cheyenne; his maternal grandparents, Bernard and Mary Lou Kinsella of Cheyenne, and Dennis and Marlys Anderson of Thief River Falls; brothers, John Kershaw of Ramstein Air Force Base, Germany, William Kershaw of Clearfield, Utah, and Casey Anderson of Cheyenne; one niece; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
