Eva Anderson, 77

Argyle - Eva Anderson, 77, died on Sunday, October 6, 2002 in rural Argyle.

Funeral services were held on Friday, October 11 at Our Savior's Free Lutheran Church in Argyle with Rev. Kenneth Thoreson officiating. Tanya Bergeron was the organist and Carol Donarski was the soloist. Casketbearers were Scott and Tammy Kimble, David and Renae Riopelle, Nathan Gustafson, Nikki Gustafson and Kyle Klein. Interment was in Alma Lutheran Cemetery in rural Argyle.

Eva Mae Cormican was born on November 16, 1924, the daughter of John and Josephine (Hasbuy) Cormican in Stephen. She spent her early years in Stephen until moving to Warren where she graduated from Warren High School in 1943. On October 17, 1943, she married Ralph Anderson in Thief River Falls. The couple made their home in Alma Township where they farmed. Ralph died on December 29, 1990.

Eva was a member of Alma Lutheran Church and the WMF. She enjoyed sewing.

Survivors include her daughter, Marlys (Gary) Gustafson of Roseau; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Eva was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ralph; and a son, Delwin. A00003B2002OT16
