Maybelle Wilson, 81

Greenbush - Maybelle Wilson, 81, of Greenbush, died on Saturday, August 28, 2004 at the Greenbush Nursing Home.

Funeral Services were held on Saturday, September 4, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. at Bethel Lutheran Church of Greenbush with Pastor Bryce Fellbaum officiating. Casket Bearers included Michael, Mark, Jeffrey, Richard and Nicholas Wilson, Denny, Kurt and Randy Dvergsten.Interment was held at Bethel Lutheran Cemetery in Greenbush.A prayer service was held on Friday evening at Gieseke Funeral Chapel in Greenbush with Pastor Bryce Fellbaum as leader.

Maybelle Wilson was born Maybelle Elizabeth Schaller, the daughter of Emil and Katie (Ambacher) Schaller, on March 15, 1923 in Greenbush.She grew up and attended school in Greenbush. She married William John Wilson Jr. on August 12, 1950 in Greenbush.They lived on Billís home farm for many years where they raised registered Holsteins and operated Wilson Dairy until moving into their new home in Greenbush in 1984.Bill died on June 26, 2000.Maybelle was a very active member of Bethel Lutheran Church. She loved gardening and working with cows.

ÝÝÝSurvivors include three sons, Allan ( Helen) Wilson of Thief River Falls, Gary (Vickie) Wilson and Ward (Dawn) Wilson, all of Greenbush; two stepsons, Weldon (Coreen) Wilson of St. Cloud, and Ronald (Georgianne) Wilson of Plover, Wis.; two step-daughters, Vivian (Donald) Dvergsten of Greenbush and Arleen (Wallace) Olson of Mequon, Wis.; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one brother, Raymond (Elizabeth) Schaller of Greenbush and one sister, Florence (Gerald) Dvergsten of Greenbush.

ÝÝÝShe was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, three grandchildren; one brother, Clayton and his wife Louise Schaller.
