Barnes, WI - Gerald L. VeVea, 60, died Saturday, January 17, 1998 at rural Barnes, WI.
Funeral services were held Thursday, January 22 at 11 a.m. at Westwood Lutheran Church in St. Louis Park. Interment was at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The Washburn-McReavy DuSchane Chapel was in charge of the arrangements.
Gerald L. Vevea was born in Thief River Falls and was a 1955 graduate of Lincoln High School.
Survivors include one daughter, Carrie (Patrick) Wicks; one son, Patrick (Jane) VeVea; father, Lloyd and his wife, Dory, of Thief River Falls; two sisters, Sharon (Carl) Ivey and Kathy (Joe) Trimbach; two nephews; and one niece.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
