Glyndon - Arthur C. Tromsness, 63, formerly of Middle River, died Tuesday, December 8, 1998 at Dakota Heartland Hospital in Fargo, ND.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 12 at the Collins Funeral Home in Middle River with Reverend John Jorgensen officiating. Interment was in the First Lutheran Cemetery in Middle River.
Arthur Clarence Tromsness was born on September 16, 1935 at Greenbush, the son of Clarence and Anna (Larson) Tromsness. He grew up in the Middle River area and graduated from Middle River High School in 1952. He farmed in Como township of Marshall county near Middle River for several years before moving to Minneapolis. Later he moved to Fargo, ND and most recently resided in Glyndon.
Art is survived by one sister, Carol Hanson of Greenbush; four nieces, one nephew, and several cousins and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Arnold in infancy.
