Newfolden - Parker Lee Skadsem, newborn child of Michael and Kari Jo Skadsem, was dead at birth on Thursday, September 25, 1997 at Altru Health Center in Grand Forks, ND.
Graveside services were held Tuesday, September 30 at 1 p.m. in the Oak Grove Cemetery of Newfolden with Pastor Gary Barrett officiating.
Parker Lee is survived by his parents, Michael and Kari Jo; one brother, Cody; grandparents, Randy and Sue Skadsem and David and Patty Tallum, all of Newfolden; great-grandparents, Orville and Fran Skadsem of Thief River Falls, Frank and Janet Daniels of Bemidji, Harlan Olson of Thief River Falls and Betty Olson of Newfolden; one great-great-grandmother, Gladys Garfve of Newfolden; three aunts and one uncle.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Marion Skadsem and Helmer and Irene Tallum; and great-great-grandparents, Oscar and Nellie Skadsem, Willie and Mabel Olso, Frank Sr. and Marion Daniels, Carl and Olivia Hansen and Willie Garfve.
