- Clifford S. Seter, 85, died Sunday, October 8, 2000 at Pascack
Valley Hospital in Westwood, N.J.
Funeral services were held on Friday, October 13, at 11 a.m. at Saron Lutheran Church, rural Erskine, with Rev. Martin Horn officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Carlin-Hoialmen Funeral Service was in charge of the arrangements.
Clifford S. Seter was born on August 12, 1915 in Thief River Falls, the son of Andre and Ida (Hanson) Seter. Before retiring in 1982, he was an assistant traffic manager for CPC International Foods of Englewood Cliffs, N.J. for more than 25 years. For the past 31 years, he had resided in Norwood, N.J. He was a World War II veteran.
Clifford was a member of American Legion Post 272 of Norwood and Norwood Lion's Club.
Survivors include his wife, Constance; two sons, Douglas Seter of Fremont, Calif. and David Seter of San Francisco, Calif.; and a brother, Arthur Seter of Arkansas.
