Argyle - Mary Rogus, 81, died Wednesday, November 12, 1997 at the Bethesda Health Care Center in South St. Paul.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 15 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in rural Argyle. Interment was in St. John Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by the Quanrud-DuBore Funeral Home of Warren.
Mary Rominski was born on December 1, 1915 at rural Strandquist, the daughter of Steven and Helen (Price) Rominski. She was a life-time resident of Argyle. On October 22, 1935 she was united in marriage to Richard Rogus. The couple made its livelihood on the farm. Richard died on January 25, 1969.
Mary is survived by two daughters, Rose Ann (Donald) Olson and Marge Bowman, both of Inver Grove Heights; one daughter-in-law, Beverly Rogus of Warren; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Stella Kurowski of Stephen and Theresa Kurowski of Spokane, WA; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one son, David; one grandson, Brian; and four brothers.
