Laurine Rodahl, 88
River Falls, Wisc. - Laurine Rodahl, 88, formerly of Holt, died Saturday, January 6, 2001 in a nursing home in River Falls, Wisc.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 12, at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Holt with Rev. Jay Borchert officiating. Garnet Hanson was the pianist. Casketbearers were Gordon Bjerk, John Couette, Raymond Moschner, Dave Mugaas, Darrold Rodahl and David Rodahl. Glen Haugen was an honorary casketbearer. Burial was in Holt Cemetery. Green Funeral Home of Thief River Falls was in charge of the arrangements.
Laurine Bjerk was born on April 1, 1912 in St. Hilaire, the daughter of Martin and Gelina Bjerk. She lived in the Holt area prior to moving to St. Paul where she lived for 52 years. For the past six years, she had lived in River Falls, Wisc.
Survivors include a son, Don (Joyce) Rodahl of River Falls; a daughter, Carol Moschner of Thief River Falls; 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Laurine was preceded in death by her husband, Oris in 1984; a son, Dale in 1985; and her parents. A00003B2000JA17
