George Pulczinski, 66

Greenbush - George Pulczinski, 66, died Saturday, November 1, 1997 at the North Country Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center in Bemidji.

Services were held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 4 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Greenbush with Father Don Braukmann officiating. Special music was provided by Jeanne Novak. Eucharist ministers were Marlene Pulczinski, Ann Stolp and Christine Stanislowski. A.J. Pulczinski was the reader. Honorary casketbearers were the staff and residents of the REM Home in Bemidji. Casketbearers were Mike Pulczinski, Greg Pulczinski, Nick Pulczinski, Albin Pulczinski Jr., Leroy Pulczinski and Cyril Pulczinski. Interment was at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Cemetery in Greenbush. The Collins Funeral Home of Greenbush was in charge of the arrangements.

George Pulczinski was born July 13, 1931 at Leo near Greenbush, the son of Paul and Agnes (Stanislowski) Pulczinski. He grew to manhood there and was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic faith at Leo. He made his home in Greenbush until 1982 when he moved to the REM facility in Bemidji. He worked at the ODC in Bemidji until he retired at the age of 62. Since this past June he has resided at the North Country Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center in Bemidji.

George is survived by two brothers, A.J. (Marlene) Pulczinski and LeRoy (Dena) Pulczinski, both of Greenbush; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
