Fargo, ND - Kathryn L. Omdahl, 39, died Tuesday, July 20, 1999 at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 24 at St. John Lutheran Church in Fargo. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery in Fargo. The Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home of Fargo was in charge of the arrangements.
Kathryn Louise Myrold was born on December 4, 1959 in Oakland, CA. She moved to Crookston and then to Thief River Falls where she graduated from high school in 1978. In 1984 she graduated from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks.
On August 25, 1984 she was united in marriage to Greg Omdahl in Thief River Falls. She worked for MeritCare Hospital as a registered nurse in intensive care, as a flight nurse and in the emergency room.
Kathryn is survived by her husband; two daughters, Abigail Louise Omdahl and Kyja Kristine Omdahl, both of Fargo; her mother, Enid (Lloyd) Burkholder of Chambersburg, PA; and two sisters, Kari (Loren) Schwinghammer of Cologne and Kirsten (Dan) Cruikshank of Two Harbors.
