Ralph Nowacki, 66

Eden Prairie - Ralph Nowacki, 66, died on Sunday, September 13, 1998 at Unity Hospital in Fridley.

Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, September 18 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in rural Argyle. Interment was in St. John's Cemetery, rural Argyle. The Quanrud-DuBore Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Ralph Joseph Nowacki was born February 24, 1932 at Argyle, the son of John and Praxides (Rabaski) Nowacki. He spent his early years in the Argyle area, graduating from Argyle High School. On October 1, 1952 he married Adele Szcepanski.

In the 1970's Ralph moved to the Minneapolis area. He owned and operated Shady Oak Service, a trucking and towing company.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Ralph is survived by four sons, Wayne Nowacki, Ralph (Monique) Nowacki Jr., Darrin Nowacki and David Nowacki; three daughters, Kathleen (Ron) Markgraf, Cynthia (Richard) Witkowski and Marilyn Nowacki; seven grandchildren; three sisters, Delphine Hogan and Adele Guthrie, both of Chicago, IL and Theresa Gratzek of Argyle.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Clarence and Arnold; and one sister, Isabelle Kuznia.
