Thief River Falls - Rosalie Maier, 58, died Tuesday, July 13, 1999 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 17 at Green Funeral Home in Thief River Falls with Reverend Gary Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Chicago, IL.
Rosalie Helen Maier was born on January 16, 1941 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Theodore and Helen (Tracey) Maier. She was baptized into the Lutheran faith and attended school in Chicago. Rosie lived with her parents until they died and then moved to Crookston to be with her sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Gerald Pinsonneault. She lived in Crookston until 1989 when she moved to Thief River Falls where she has since resided with Carol and Gerald.
Rosie enjoyed animals, especially race horses, and being with her family and friends.
Survivors include one sister, Carol (Gerald) Pinsonneault of Thief River Falls; one niece; one nephew; and five great nieces and great nephews.
Rosie was preceded in death by her parents. A00003B1999JL21
