
Argyle - Cecilia Landreville, 85, died Wednesday, February 9, 2000 at McIntosh Manor in McIntosh.
Funeral services were held Monday, February 14 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Argyle with Rev. Michael Sullivan officiating. Sister Joanne Johnson was the organist, and special music was provided by the church choir. Casketbearers were Joseph Gajeski, Raymond Gajeski, John Gajeski Jr., John Martinson, Neil Johnson and David Landreville. Interment was in St. Rose Cemetery in Argyle. Arrangements were with Quanrud-DuBore Funeral Home of Warren.
Cecilia Landreville was born on November 15, 1914 at Florian, the daughter of Martin and Rose Kostrzewski. She was raised in the Florian area where she attended country school.
On November 23, 1939 she was united in marriage to George Landreville, and they made their home in Argyle, Florian and Thief River Falls where she worked at Arctic Cat. For the last several years Cecilia had lived at McIntosh Manor.
She enjoyed blue flowers.
Cecilia is survived by one daughter, Gertrude (John) Gajeski of Strandquist; two sons, Larry (Donna) Landreville of Warren and Leo (friend Deloris Sanden) Landreville of East Grand Forks; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one sister, Gertrude (Clifford) Jorgenson of Argyle; five brothers, Stanley (Angeline) Kostrzewski of Argyle, Raymond (Theresa) Kostrzewski of Stephen, and Peter (Blanche) Kostrzewski, Edward (Inez) Kostrzewski, and Edmund (Evelyn) Kostrzewski, all of Strandquist; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Steve and Walter. A00003B2000FB16
