Harry Kramer, 53

Goodridge - Harry Kramer, 53, died Saturday, August 22, 1998 at Northwest Medical Center in Thief River Falls.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 27 at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Thief River Falls with Reverend Marcia Sylvester officiating. Joyce Halbasch will be the organist, and vocal music will be provided by Joel Kezar. Casketbearers will be Lynn Lucken, Bob Thorne, Kevin Riedel and Vess Hurley. Burial will be in the Nameless Cemetery near Cartwright, ND.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. (today) Wednesday, August 26 at the Green Funeral Home in Thief River Falls and at the church for one hour before services at the church on Thursday.

Harry Adam Kramer III was born on June 17, 1945 in Bemidji, the son of Harry Kramer II and Margaret (Burns) Kramer. He attended school in Bemidji, graduating from Bemidji High School in 1963. He then attended Bemidji State College and graduated in 1967 with a degree in industrial technology. Harry taught school in Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, Lancaster and Fairview, MT. He was also a millwright in various places.

On January 14, 1978 he was united in marriage to Janet Paulson at Fairview, MT. Harry worked at Arctic Enterprises in Thief River Falls from 1977 until 1979 when the couple moved to Webster, ND where he was employed in the oil fields. In 1989 the couple returned to Thief River Falls, Harry was again employed by Arctic Enterprises, working in the Service Parts Department.

Harry is survived by his wife, Janet of Goodridge; three sons, William "Bill" and Christopher Kramer, both of Crookston, and Harry A. Kramer IV of Colorado Springs, CO; two grandchildren; his father, Harry Kramer II of Naples, FL; one sister, Carole (Richard) Keys of Willmar; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
