Hastings - Richard Kooyer, 59, died Thursday, October 5, 2000.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 13 at Ft. Snelling Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service with Spielman Mortuary in charge of the arrangements.
Richard was a process specialist for the 3-M Lithium Polymer Battery program and a member of the Minnesota Grape Growers Association.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Stone Kooyer; three sons, Richard W., Victor and Andrew; four brothers, Raymond, James, Donald and Glenn; five sisters, Shirley Wiskerchen, Betty Dworsack, Barbara Granroth, Doris Rindahl and Debbie Dean; and several extended family members, nieces and nephews.
