
Noma Johnson, 76
International Falls - Noma J. Johnson, 76, died Monday, December 4, 2000 at Falls Good Samaritan Care Center.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 7 at Evangelical Covenant Church in International Falls with Rev. Robert Lancaster officiating. Interment will be in American Legion Cemetery.
Visitation will be held today (Wednesday, December 6) from 6 to 8 p.m. at Green-Larsen Mortuary in International Falls.
Noma J. Johnson was born on August 5, 1924 at Drayton, N.D. As a small girl, she moved to International Falls where she graduated from Falls High School in 1947.
On September 8, 1947, Noma married Holger Johnson. She was employed by Falls School District as head cook at Falls Elementary in December of 1989.
She enjoyed hunting, having coffee with friends, reading and doing crossword puzzles.
Noma is survived by a son, John (Terri) Johnson of International Falls; a daughter, Jeanette (Larry) Etienne of Thief River Falls; a son-in-law, Randy Reuland of Pierre, S.D.; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her husband and a daughter, Joyce Reuland. A00003B2000DC06
