Warren - Connie Jenkins, 56, died Tuesday, January 11, 2000 at North Valley Health Center in Warren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m on Thursday, January 13 at First Lutheran Church in Warren. Darlyne Votava was the organist, and Ed Palmer was the soloist. Honorary casketbearers were the employees of PKM Electric. Casketbearers were Rick Solberg, Dave Webber, Larry Jenkins, Ronald Jenkins, Randy Jenkins, Bill Bossman, Bob Bossman and Mike Rosendahl. Interment was in Greenwood Cemetery in Warren. The Quanrud-DuBore Funeral Home of Warren was in charge of the arrangements.
Connie Bengston was born on May 15, 1943 in Warren, the daughter of Helen Bengston. She was a lifelong resident of Warren where she graduated from high school.
On August 16, 1961 she was united in marriage to Gary Jenkins in Warren. They made their home at rural Warren. Connie worked at the State Bank of Warren and for the last 20 years as a work order clerk at PKM Electric Co-op.
Survivors include her husband, Gary; one son, Price (Donna) Jenkins of Warren; one daughter, Kimberly Jenkins of Thief River Falls; two grandchildren; one brother, Ed (Renee) Rosendahl of Warren; and many nieces and nephews.
