J. Irvine, 62Hollister, CA - Sherryll J. Irvine, 62, died Sunday, July 6, 1997 of a brief illness at a Hollister hospital.
Sherryll Irvine was a native of Alexandria and lived in Thief River Falls from 1970 to l988 where she was the administrator of Oakland Park Nursing Home. While in Thief River Falls, she was active in civic affairs and was a member of the Does, the Elks organization for women. She was also an active member of the state association for nursing homes. Recently, she was a registered nurse at Hazel Hawkins Hospital in Hollister. Prior to living in Hollister, she resided in Globe, AZ. In the 1950's, she served in the United States Air Force.
Sherryll is survived by her children, Christie Sanden of Capitola, CA and Lee Irvine of Aptos,CA; one sister, Shelby Smith of Tacoma, WA; and one grandson, Chad Sanden.
Arrangements and cremation are through Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home and Gavilan Hills Crematory. Inurnment is planned at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA.
