Lyle Haller, 50

Red Lake Falls - Lyle Haller, 50, died Wednesday, March 19, 1997 at his home. Arrangements were with Petterson Funeral Home of Red Lake Falls.

Funeral services were held Saturday, March 22 at St. Joseph Catholic Church of Red Lake Falls with Rev. Gary LaMoine officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in the spring.

Casketbearers were Knights of Columbus Holy Family Council 10723.

Lyle Duane Haller was born on April 10, 1946 in Crookston, the son of the late Joseph and Agnes (Braun) Haller. He attended school in Red Lake Falls graduating from Lafayette High School in 1967. In 1970 he completed a course as commercial cook and baker at the Detroit Lakes Area Vocational school. He was employed for many years at Thibert Chevrolet and Buick in Red Lake Falls. At the time of his death he was employed at Brent's Jack and Jill in Red Lake Falls.

He was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Red Lake Falls where he served as an usher and was a member of the Holy Family Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by brother D. Joe (Linda) Haller of Mahtomedi; niece Wendy Haller; nephew Sean Haller; and many friends in Red Lake Falls.
