Glyndon- Kelly A. Galliher, 15, died Saturday, December 4, 1999 at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo, ND.
Funeral se
rvices were held at
2 p.m. on Thursday, December 9 at Glyndon Lutheran Church. Interment
was in Riverside Cemetery in Glyndon. Arrangements were with the
Dobmeier Funeral Home of Barnesville.
Kelly A. Galliher was born on June 6, 1984 at Fargo, ND, the daughter of William and Kathy (Knutson) Galliher. She lived with her family in Moorhead until 1992 when they moved to rural Glyndon. She attended school in Barnesville until eighth grade when she began attending Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton schools. She lived in rural Glyndon until the time of her death.
Kelly was a member of Glyndon Lutheran Church were she was confirmed and an active member of the youth group. She was a member of the DGF High School basketball, volleyball and fast pitch softball teams. She was also involved with summer rec softball and was voted Most Valuable Player last year.
She also enjoyed swimming, waterskiing and snowmobiling.
Kelly is survived by her father, Bill of rural Glyndon; her mother, Kathy of Glyndon; two sisters, Teresa (Bryan) Schepp of Yigo, Guam and Kristen of rural Glyndon; and her paternal grandmother, Clarice Galliher of Thief River Falls. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins, including aunts Rosemary (Loren) Voecks of Thief River Falls and Rosanne (Leland) Nelson of Goodridge.
