
LaPorte, Colo. - Judy Dillon, 53, died Friday, September 15, 2000 at Poudre Valley Hospital.
A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. on Monday, September 18, at Drake Road Chapel with Rev. Mike Lundgren officiating. Allnutt Funeral Service was in charge of the arrangements.
Judy Ann Hoaas was born on June 9, 1947 in Thief River Falls, the daughter of Walter and Lois (Parsley) Hoaas. She graduated from Lincoln High School and attended the Area Vocational Technical Institute for cosmetology and received an associates degree in sales and marketing.
In 1976, she married Terry Walker at St. Hilaire. In 1988, she married George Dillon at Fort Collins, Colo. George died in March, 1995. Judy is a former resident of St. Hilaire and had lived in LaPorte, Colo. since 1993. She was employed as a manager for Volunteers of America Kitchen in Fort Collins.
She was active in the American Legion and enjoyed cooking, entertaining and crafts.
Judy is survived by her mother, Lois Hoaas of Thief River Falls; a son, Nathan J. Walker of Silverdale, Wash.; a daughter, Tammy Walker of LaPorte, Colo.; two brothers, Terry Hoaas of Fargo, N.D. and Tim Hoaas of Maplewood; special friend, Larry Allan of LaPorte, Colo.; her first husband, Terry Walker; a granddaughter; and a niece.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Dillon; her father; and a granddaughter, Kianna Salas.
