
Thief River Falls - Randall C. Culkins, 60, died Sunday, June 7, 1998 at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Red Lake Falls.
Funeral services were held Friday, June 12 at St. Pauli Lutheran Church in St. Hilaire with Reverend Terri Skildum officiating. Music was provided by Grace Hammer. Casketbearers were Earl Arnold, Orville Nelson, John Houske, Rob Houske, Vernon Dokken and Wally Wiskow. Burial was in Clearwater Cemetery in Wyandotte township. The Green Funeral Home of Thief River Falls was in charge of the arrangements.
Randall Curtis Culkins was born on May 20, 1938 in Thief River Falls, the son of Patrick and Ruth (Larson) Culkins. He was baptized and confirmed in the Christian faith at Clearwater Church in Wyandotte township of Pennington county. He attended school in St. Hilaire.
Randy lived and farmed on the family farm in Wyandotte township throughout his life. He was a member of the NFO and MN Farmers Union. He enjoyed farm life, hunting, fishing, being outdoors and especially visits with his friends.
He is survived by three brothers, Donald, Sidney and Russell (Thelma), all of Thief River Falls; two nephews; one niece; one grand-nephew and one grandniece.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
