Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, March 6, 1999 at 9 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Red Lake Falls with Father Tim Bushy officiating. Kathie Knott was the organist, and special music was provided by St. Joseph's church choir. Casketbearers were Knights of Columbus Holy Family Council 10723. Burial was in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery. The Petterson Funeral Home of Red Lake Falls was in charge of the arrangements.
Alice Marie Bregier was born on April 25, 1907 in Red Lake Falls, the daughter of Zepherine and Leah (Marchildon) Bregier. She was raised and attended school in Red Lake Falls.
Alice worked as a nanny for many years and later worked at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Red Lake Falls. She resided at Hillcrest Nursing Home from 1987 until the time of her death.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Joe and George; and two sisters, Cecilia Moran and Marie Pinsonneault.
