İİİ Red Lake Falls - Sherry Ann Barlow, 46, died on Friday, August 13, 2004 at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Red Lake Falls.
Memorial services were on Monday, August 16, 2004 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Red Lake Falls, with Rev. Gary Graff officiating. Interment was held at Oak Grove Cemetery in Red Lake Falls.
İİİSherry Ann Nord was born May 20, 1958 in Rochester, the daughter of Victor and Doreen (Huffman) Nord. She was baptized into the Lutheran Faith on July 13, 1958 and confirmed on May 15, 1969 at Bethany Lutheran Church. She attended Plummer School for a short time and also Hughes School. Sherry graduated from Lafayette High School in 1977 and Brainerd Vocational School as a LPN in 1978.
İİİShe began employment as a nursesí aid with St. John Hospital in Red Lake Falls and as a LPN at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Red Lake Falls before moving to Gillette, where she worked at Campbell Hospital.
İİİOn November 1, 1985, Sherry was united in marriage to Billy Barlow in Gillette, Wyo. The couple moved to Tucson, Ariz. in 1989, where she worked at El Rio Clinic until June, 1999, when she became disabled due to a brain tumor. In December 2001, she returned to her parentís home in Red Lake Falls. She entered Hillcrest Nursing Home on January 13, 2003.
İİİSherry was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church, Red Lake Falls and the Cancer Support Group. She liked to fish, camp and travel and especially liked spending time with her parents.
İİİSurvivors include parents, Vic and Doreen Nord of Red Lake Falls; sisters, Sandra (Gail) Boice of Red Lake Falls, Pauline Nord of Crystal, Cindy Nord of Little Falls, Kay (Allen) Kehn of Red Lake Falls and Tammy Gohl of Husdon, Wis.; one brother, David (Myrna) Nord of Warroad; along with many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
İİİShe was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Barlow, November 2, 1999; brothers, Lyle in 1982 and Kenny in 1997; one nephew, Jonathan Nord; and grandparents.İİİİİİA00003B2004AG18
