Thief River Falls - Agustav Blomker, 6-day-old son of Nathan and Marie Blomker went to heaven on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012 at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale. Funeral services were held Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the Evangelical Free Church in Thief River Falls, with Pastor Mel Sich officiating. Casket bearers included uncles Jonathan Blomker and Austin Strelinger. Interment will be held in the spring at Greenwood Cemetery, Thief River Falls. Agustav Christoph Blomker was born on Feb. 19, 2012, at 24 weeks along to his parents Nathan Lee and Marie Ann (Schmeling) Blomker of Thief River Falls. He weighed 1 pound 12 ounces and was 13 inches long. He put up a fight for six days in the NICU at North Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his parents Nathan and Marie, Nathan’s family: grandparents Roy and Lauretta Blomker, Thief River Falls; aunt Odetta and Billy Jordan, Mesa, Ariz.; uncle Jonathan and Rebecca Blomker, Overland Park, Kan., and seven first cousins, Marie’s family: grandparents Gene and Arlene Schmeling, Beach, N.D.; aunt Marcie and Austin Strelinger, Denver, Colo.; great-grandparents, Jim and Jan Johnson, Sentinel Butte, N.D.; great-grandmother,?Esther Schmeling, Beach, N.D.
