Kemmerer, Wyo. - Gregory Thomas Berger, 59, formerly of Thief River Falls, died Monday, Dec. 19, 2011 at his home in Kemmerer, Wyo. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Ball Family Chapel of Kemmerer, Wyo. Memorial services will be celebrated at a later date. Gregory Thomas Berger was born on May 29, 1952 in Thief River Falls, the son of Gilmer and Jacklynn (Gulickson) Berger. He married Robbie Ray on Sept. 17, 2005 in Evanston, Wyo. Greg loved to hunt, fish, and spend time in the great outdoors. He was an avid arrowhead hunter, loved re-loading ammunition, and spending time learning about history. He also loved to build stuff. He is survived by his spouse, Robbie Ray of Kemmerer, Wyo.; two sons, Charles Blaine Berger, of Ogden, Utah, and Lance Berger, of Williston, N.D.; his parents, Gilmer and Jacklynn Berger, of Roberts, Wis.; and brothers, Mitchell (Wanda Newman) Berger, of Diamondville, Wyo..; and Scott (Rachel) Berger, of Roberts, Wis. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Jack, Maxwell and Joseph. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, a sister, Pam Berger, and three aunts, and one uncle.
