Bloomington - Adeline Koralewski, 60, formerly of Thief River Falls, died on Thursday, January 27, 2005 at her son’s home in Bloomington.
Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, January 31, at St. Bernard’s Church in Thief River Falls, with Father Dennis Wieland officiating. Casket bearers included Scott Guzek, Brian Koralewski, Randy Koralewski, Joe Bartish, Larry Stachovich, Pat Seifert and Jonathan Koralewski. Interment was held at St. Bernard’s Cemetery in Thief River Falls.
Adeline passed away at home in the comfort of her family. She was the daughter of two wonderful parents, Thomas and Theresa (Kurowski) Koralewski. She was born in Strandquist, and as a child moved to rural St. Hilaire. She graduated from Lincoln Senior High in Thief River Falls. She moved to Minneapolis in 1962 and many times worked two jobs. She raised her children Roxanne and Michael and took care of her mother the last 16 years of her mother’s life.
Adeline enjoyed her many nieces and nephews and great as well. She enjoyed her friends, working, traveling and the dogs-Dash, Molly and Sammie. But what she enjoyed most was talking, especially on the phone and was more than confrontational.
Left to mourn her passing are her children Roxanne and Michael; her very special friend, Larry; brothers, Val (Donna) Koralewski, Adolph (Carolyn) Koralewski and Gordon (Joanne) Koralewski; sisters, Veronica (Donald) Seifert, Lorraine (Clarence) Guzek and Rosalie (Sheldon) Pigeon; four aunts; and 28 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two nephews and one great-nephew; and many aunts and uncles whom she enjoyed very much. A00003B2005FB02
