Angus - Darlene Ann (Boushee) Huderle, 71, of rural Angus, Minnesota, died Saturday, October 30, 2004 at her home surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 3 (today) at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Thief River Falls. Interment will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in Tabor.
Darlene Huderle was born July 23, 1933 in Des Moines, Iowa the daughter of Leonard and Gerda (Bestland) Boushee. She moved with her family to the Alvarado area, where she graduated from high school in 1952. She married Edward J. Huderle on September 18, 1952 in Oslo. They settled in the Angus area in 1966 where they farmed all of their lives until retiring in 1994. Darlene loved being a wife and caring mother to her seven children and enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Ed of Angus; three sons, Dale (Marilyn) Huderle of Angus, Randy (Linda) Huderle of Warren and Paul (Terri) Huderle of Phoenix, Ariz.; four daughters, Linda Jones of Berkley Springs, W.V., Mary Kay (Tom) Franklin of Glendale, Ariz., Nancy (KC) Koho of East Grand Forks and Diane (Rick) Capouch of Grand Forks, N.D., 15 grandchildren, two step-grandchildren; one sister, Joyce (Vern) Geston of Lynnwood, Wash.; one brother, Allen (Linda) Boushee of Bismarck, N.D.; and one sister-in-law, Carol Boushee of Cambridge.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Michael and Duane Boushee; and one infant grandson. A00003B2004NV03
