 Warren - Gladys M. Andeen, 93, of Warren, died on Monday, December 19, 2005 at the Good Samaritan Center in Warren.
  Funeral services were held on Friday, December 23, at the Evangelical Covenant Church in Warren. Interment was held at Greenwood Cemetery in Warren.
 Gladys Mae Johnson was born on May 13, 1912 in Agder Twp., Marshall County, the daughter of Gunnar and Emma (Hanson) Johnson. She lived with her family in rural Viking, where she attended country school. Gladys married Axel Lundberg in 1932. He died on Sep. 5, 1941. On Oct. 23, 1954, she married Edmund Andeen. They made their home in Warren. Gladys worked at the Marshall County Telephone Co. as a telephone operator and she also worked at the Warren High School. Edmund died on Jan. 12, 2003.
 She was an active member of the Evangelical Covenant Church. Gladys also belonged to the Warren Hospital Auxiliary.
 Gladys was a very busy lady who enjoyed entertaining, cooking, baking, gardening, sewing, quilting and rug weaving.
 Left to mourn her passing are three children, Marlyce Walker of Phoenix, Ariz., Ruth Ann (Robert) Strandberg of Warren and Joseph (Betty) Lundberg of Gold Canyon, Ariz.; step-daughter, Joyce (Roger) Bjerk of Edelstein, Ill.; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, brother, Alger (Dorothy) Johnson of Livonia, Mich.; two brothers-in-law, Birger Andeen of Argyle and Donald Madson of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; four sisters-in-law, Esther Johnson of Eugene, Ore., Gladys Johnson of Woodbury, Myrtle Andeen of Breckenridge and Mary Ann (Clem) Schwartz of Eau Claire, Wis.; and many nieces and nephews.
 She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; two sisters, Pearl Madson and Ruth Anderson; brother, Curtis Johnson; and son-in-law, Carl Walker.
