Minnetonka - Jane Ruby O’Gorman of Minnetonka and formerly of Thief River Falls, died on Sunday, August 7, 2005 at the age of 60, after a fearless battle with lymphoma.
Mass of christian burial will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10 (today), at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hopkins, with visitation from 3 to 6:30 p.m. at Washburn-McReavy Strobeck Johnson Chapel in Hopkins.
Jane was a licensed Hennepin County daycare provider for 35 years. She was a loving and devoted daycare provider for hundreds of children. She most loved being a mother and grandmother. Her unconditional love never wavered.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Gladys Walseth; and her brother, Vernon Walseth.
Survivors included her loving husband, Paul; children, Paula (Daniel) Rickett, Patrick (Barbara) O’Gorman, Pamela Hagen and Peter O’Gorman; eight grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Marie (George) Owens, Roy (Barbara) Walseth, Alton (Eileen) Walseth, Edward (Mary) Walseth, Lee (Holly) Walseth, Wallace (Mary) Walseth, Karen (Roger) Hruby, Lyle (Arlene) Walseth, Scott Walseth and Annette (Gary) Peterson. She was a caring friend to countless others.
